Description sommaire

Plante terrestre. Taille de 15 à 25 cm. Feuilles de 4 à 6, de 25-35 × 10-15 mm, ovales. Bractées lancéolées. Fleurs de 15 à 15, blanches, jaunes, vertes. Sépale dorsal lancéolé, ovale. Sépales latéraux lancéolés, ovales. Pétales lancéolés, à apex obtus, de 4-6 × 1-2 mm. Labelle en sabot, de 6-7 × 2-3 mm.
