Description sommaire

Plante terrestre. Taille de 7 à 30 cm. Feuilles de 2 à 7, de 50-65 × 16-25 mm, lancéolées, pétiolées. Fleurs de 3 à 8, blanches, vertes. Sépale dorsal concave, en coiffe. Sépales latéraux ovales, de 4-5 × 2-3 mm. Pétales ovales, de 0-4 × 2-3 mm. Labelle en sabot, de 4-7 × 4-5 mm.
