Description sommaire

Plante terrestre. Taille de 10 à 24 cm. Feuilles de 2 à 4, de 22-30 × 10-18 mm, oblongues, ovales. Bractées ovales. Fleurs de 3 à 15. Sépale dorsal ovale. Sépales latéraux lancéolés, de 3-5 × 1-2 mm. Pétales . Labelle en sabot.
