Description sommaire

Plante terrestre. Taille de 6 à 12 cm. Feuilles de 5 à 7, de 20-40 × 15-20 mm, ovales. Fleurs de 3 à 10, blanches. Eperon de 4 à 5 mm. Sépale dorsal concave, de 0-5 × 1-2 mm. Pétales linéaires, de 0-5 × 0-1 mm.
