Description sommaire
Plante terrestre. Taille de 16 à 30 cm. 2 feuilles, de 100-170 × 45-95 mm, ovales. Inflorescence . Fleurs de 20 à 30, blanches. Eperon de 3 à 4 mm. Sépale dorsal lancéolé, oblong, de 8-12 × 1-2 mm. Sépales latéraux lancéolés, oblongs, de 9-17 × 1-3 mm. Pétales lancéolés, oblongs, de 10-12 × 3-4 mm. Labelle entier, oblong, oblancéolé, à apex obtus, de 10-12 × 2-3 mm.
