Description sommaire
Plante terrestre. Taille de 4 à 9 cm. Tige succulente. Feuilles de 2 à 4, cordées, ovales. Bractées ovales. Ovaire pédicellé. Fleur unique, blanche. Sépale dorsal lancéolé, oblong. Sépales latéraux lancéolés, oblongs. Pétales lancéolés, oblongs. Labelle ovale, trilobé, avec trois crêtes basales.
