Description sommaire

Plante terrestre. Taille de 24 à 38 cm. Feuille unique, de 70-110 × 45-80 mm, ovales. Bractées lancéolées. Fleurs de 12 à 28, vertes, brunes. Eperon de 0 à 8 mm, . Sépale dorsal lancéolé, de 5-7 × 0-1 mm. Sépales latéraux lancéolés, de 5-8 × 1-2 mm. Pétales lancéolés, oblongs, de 4-8 × 1-2 mm. Labelle trilobé.
