Description sommaire
Plante terrestre. Feuille unique, de 110-180 × 61-122 mm, cordées, ovales. Fleurs de 8 à 10, blanches, vertes, roses, brunes. Sépale dorsal lancéolé. Sépales latéraux lancéolés, de 18-20 × 3-7 mm. Pétales elliptiques, de 0-16 × 6-7 mm. Labelle trilobé, de 14-18 × 13-16 mm.
