Plante terrestre. Taille de 6 à 12 cm. Feuille unique, . Fleurs de 2 à 7, vertes. Sépale dorsal linéaire, à apex aigu. Pétales elliptiques, à apex acuminé. Labelle ovale, de 0-2 × 0-2 mm.
