Plante terrestre. Taille de 0 à 30 cm. 1 racines, Les racines sont en bulbes fusiformes. Tige glabre. Feuilles de 2 à 3, en rosette basale, pétiolées. Bractées ovales. Inflorescence spiralée. Ovaire sessile. Fleurs de 0 à 30, à périanthe en tube, blanches. Sépale dorsal lancéolé. Sépales latéraux lancéolés. Pétales à apex obtus. Labelle ovale. Biotopes : prés secs.
