Plante terrestre. Taille de 0 à 100 cm. Tige pubescente. Feuilles de 3 à 6, en rosette basale, lancéolées, linéaires. Bractées lancéolées, apex acuminé. Inflorescence spiralée. Ovaire sessile. Sépales latéraux lancéolés. Pétales lancéolés. Labelle à bords crénelés, ovale. Biotopes : bois, bords de ruisseaux ou de lacs, prairies humides. Type de sol : calcaire.
