Plante terrestre. Taille de 0 à 50 cm. Tige pubescente. Feuilles de 3 à 5, en rosette basale, ovales, pétiolées. Bractées ovales, apex acuminé. Inflorescence spiralée. Ovaire sessile. Fleurs de 0 à 40, à périanthe en tube, blanches. Sépale dorsal ovale. Sépales latéraux ovales. Pétales linéaires. Labelle oblong.
