Plante terrestre. Taille de 35 à 40 cm. Feuilles de 4 à 5, de 130-190 × 30-50 mm, lancéolées, pétiolées. Bractées lancéolées, ovales. Inflorescence en épi. Sépale dorsal lancéolé, ovale, de 5-6 × 1-3 mm. Sépales latéraux lancéolés, ovales, de 4-6 × 2-3 mm. Pétales lancéolés, de 4-6 × 2-3 mm. Labelle trilobé.
