Description sommaire

Plante terrestre. Taille de 20 à 34 cm. Feuilles de 4 à 7, de 40-80 × 20-30 mm, lancéolées, ovales. Bractées ovales. Inflorescence en épi. Fleurs de 8 à 12, blanches, jaunes, brunes. Sépale dorsal ovale, de 2-4 × 1-2 mm. Sépales latéraux ovales, de 0-4 × 2-3 mm. Pétales lancéolés, ovales, de 2-4 × 1-2 mm. Labelle ovale.
