Description sommaire
Plante terrestre. Taille de 3 à 20 cm. Feuilles de 6 à 12, de 0-25 × 0-18 mm, en rosette basale, ovales. Fleurs de 2 à 24, , blanches, vertes. Sépales latéraux concaves, soudés. Labelle oblong, de 4-5 × 1-2 mm.
