Plante terrestre. Taille de 0 à 15 cm. Feuilles de 5 à 7, de 0-100 × 0-30 mm, en rosette basale, elliptiques, oblongues. Bractées . Fleur unique, , rouge, brune. Sépales latéraux soudés. Labelle oblong, de 0-16 × 0-5 mm. Type de sol : sable.
