Description sommaire

Plante terrestre. Taille de 45 à 150 cm. Feuille unique. Inflorescence en épi. Fleurs de 15 à 60, blanches, jaunes, vertes. Sépales latéraux soudés. Labelle supère, de 8-9 × 0-4 mm.

Labelle recourbé ; proche de P. macrotys.
