Description sommaire

Plante terrestre. Taille de 10 à 30 cm. Feuilles de 2 à 4, en rosette basale, lancéolées, ovales, rondes. Bractées lancéolées, plus longues que l'ovaire, apex acuminé. Ovaire sessile. Fleurs de 3 à 20, à périanthe en casque, roses. Eperon de 5 à 5 mm, arqué, aussi long que l'ovaire, vers le bas. Sépale dorsal lancéolé, à apex acuminé. Sépales latéraux lancéolés, à apex acuminé. Pétales linéaires. Labelle trilobé. Dessins du labelle : points. Chromosomes : 2n=42. Biotopes : forêts de conifères, mousses, tourbe.
