Description sommaire

Plante terrestre. Taille de 0 à 50 cm. Tige glabre. 2 feuilles, en rosette basale, ovales, rondes. Bractées lancéolées. Inflorescence cylindrique, en épi. Ovaire pédicellé. Fleurs de 10 à 10, à périanthe étalé, blanches. Eperon de 20 à 20 mm. Sépale dorsal ovale. Sépales latéraux oblongs. Pétales lancéolés, ovales. Labelle linéaire.
