Description sommaire

Plante terrestre. Taille de 0 à 30 cm. 3 feuilles, de 60-65 × 0-30 mm, elliptiques. Bractées lancéolées. Fleurs de 5 à 6. Sépale dorsal ovale, à apex obtus, de 6-7 × 5-6 mm. Sépales latéraux lancéolés, ovales, à apex obtus, de 0-9 × 0-3 mm. Pétales en coiffe, de 5-8 × 1-2 mm. Labelle lancéolé, oblong, de 0-11 × 0-3 mm.
