Description sommaire

Plante terrestre. Taille de 20 à 50 cm. Feuilles de 3 à 5, de 35-65 × 17-25 mm, oblongues, ovales. Bractées lancéolées. Inflorescence en épi. Fleurs de 9 à 30, blanches. Eperon de 1 à 3 mm, en sac. Sépale dorsal concave, elliptique, oblong, de 2-3 × 0-1 mm. Sépales latéraux elliptiques, oblongs, de 2-3 × 0-1 mm. Pétales elliptiques, ovales, de 1-2 × 1-2 mm. Labelle trilobé, de 2-3 × 2-3 mm.
