Description sommaire

Plante terrestre. Taille de 0 à 35 cm. Feuilles de 2 à 3, de 0-80 × 0-25 mm, en rosette basale, ovales. Bractées lancéolées, ovales. Fleurs de 8 à 20, blanches. Eperon de 0 à 2 mm. Sépale dorsal en coiffe, elliptique, ovale, de 5-6 × 2-3 mm. Sépales latéraux elliptiques, à apex obtus, de 4-6 × 2-3 mm. Pétales triangulaires, de 0-5 × 2-3 mm. Labelle trilobé, de 5-6 × 2-4 mm.
