Description sommaire

Plante terrestre. Taille de 30 à 83 cm. Feuilles de 4 à 5, de 50-110 × 20-40 mm, alternes, lancéolées, oblongues. Bractées lancéolées, linéaires. Inflorescence cylindrique, en épi. Sépale dorsal oblong, de 4-6 × 2-4 mm. Sépales latéraux oblongs, de 4-6 × 2-3 mm. Pétales elliptiques, de 4-6 × 3-5 mm. Labelle trilobé, de 5-6 × 4-5 mm. Chromosomes : 2n=42,46.
