Description sommaire

Plante terrestre. Taille de 50 à 85 cm. Feuilles de 4 à 5, de 50-150 × 25-40 mm, lancéolées, oblongues, ovales. Bractées plus longues que l'ovaire. Fleurs de 3 à 5, blanches. Eperon de 80 à 110 mm, plus long que l'ovaire. Sépale dorsal triangulaire. Sépales latéraux oblongs, de 35-45 × 20-25 mm. Pétales linéaires, de 30-40 × 3-4 mm. Labelle trilobé, de 35-45 × 65-75 mm. Chromosomes : 2n=42.
