Description sommaire

Plante terrestre. Taille de 0 à 20 cm. Feuilles de 3 à 5, lancéolées, oblongues. Bractées lancéolées, apex aigu. Fleur unique, blanche, verte, brune. Sépale dorsal ovale, à apex acuminé. Sépales latéraux lancéolés, soudés, à apex aigu. Pétales lancéolés, oblongs. Labelle en sabot. Chromosomes : 2n=44.
