Description sommaire

Plante terrestre. Taille de 7 à 23 cm. Feuilles de 4 à 7, de 100-250 × 35-56 mm, elliptiques, oblongues, térètes. Bractées elliptiques, lancéolées, apex aigu. Fleurs de 1 à 2, blanches, vertes, brunes. Sépale dorsal ovale, à apex aigu, de 24-38 × 24-25 mm. Sépales latéraux soudés, de 24-38 × 12-15 mm. Pétales lancéolés, oblongs, de 43-54 × 14-16 mm. Labelle en sabot, de 33-43 × 0-20 mm. Chromosomes : 2n=40,42.
