Description sommaire

Plante terrestre. Taille de 0 à 31 cm. Feuilles de 5 à 6, elliptiques. Fleur unique, blanche, violette, verte, brune. Sépale dorsal ovale, à apex obtus. Sépales latéraux lancéolés, soudés, à apex obtus. Pétales linéaires. Labelle en sabot. Chromosomes : 2n=36.
