Description sommaire

Plante terrestre. Taille de 20 à 30 cm. Feuilles de 4 à 8, de 100-200 × 28-36 mm, linéaires. Bractées elliptiques, apex obtus. Fleurs de 1 à 2, blanches, vertes, roses. Sépale dorsal elliptique, à apex obtus. Sépales latéraux ovales, soudés, à apex obtus. Pétales oblongs, de 40-50 × 10-12 mm. Labelle en sabot, de 30-40 × 16-23 mm. Chromosomes : 2n=26.
