Description sommaire

Plante terrestre. Taille de 0 à 45 cm. Feuilles de 3 à 5, elliptiques. Fleur unique, blanche, violette, verte. Sépale dorsal ovale, à apex aigu. Sépales latéraux elliptiques, ovales, soudés, à apex aigu. Pétales linéaires. Labelle en sabot. Chromosomes : 2n=38.
