Description sommaire
Plante terrestre. Taille de 16 à 32 cm. Feuille unique, de 100-144 × 10-25 mm. Fleurs de 4 à 9, jaunes, violettes. Sépale dorsal lancéolé, linéaire, de 8-11 × 2-3 mm. Sépales latéraux lancéolés, de 7-8 × 2-3 mm. Pétales lancéolés, ovales, de 6-7 × 0-2 mm. Labelle trilobé, de 7-9 × 6-7 mm. Chromosomes : 2n=42.
