Plante épiphyte. Eperon de 0 à 5 mm, cylindrique. Sépales latéraux oblongs, ovales. Pétales oblongs, ovales. Labelle trilobé.

Commentaires

Epiphyte des rameaux, comme Oeonia rosea. Espèce présente aussi à la Réunion. Volucris : "ailée" ou "qui vole", en latin.
