Description sommaire
Plante terrestre. Taille de 30 à 45 cm. Feuilles de 4 à 5, de 60-115 × 30-52 mm, elliptiques, pétiolées. Eperon de 3 à 4 mm, oblong. Sépale dorsal oblong, ovale, de 8-9 × 4-5 mm. Sépales latéraux , de 10-12 × 3-5 mm. Pétales oblancéolés, de 7-8 × 2-3 mm. Labelle oblong, de 17-19 × 3-5 mm.
