Description sommaire

Plante terrestre. Taille de 20 à 25 cm. Feuilles de 6 à 7, de 18-46 × 5-26 mm, elliptiques, pétiolées. Bractées lancéolées. Fleurs de 2 à 3, blanches, vertes. Sépale dorsal coudé, ovale, de 7-9 × 4-6 mm. Sépales latéraux oblongs, à apex obtus, de 5-10 × 3-6 mm. Pétales oblongs, de 7-8 × 2-3 mm. Labelle en sabot, de 15-23 × 10-14 mm.
