Description sommaire

Plante terrestre. Taille de 0 à 18 cm. Feuille unique, de 40-120 × 30-120 mm, cordées, pétiolées. Bractées plus courtes que l'ovaire, aussi longues que l'ovaire, ovales. Fleurs de 1 à 4, blanches, jaunes, vertes, roses, à parfum . Sépale dorsal lancéolé, linéaire, de 18-35 × 3-4 mm. Sépales latéraux lancéolés, linéaires, de 18-35 × 3-4 mm. Pétales lancéolés, linéaires, de 12-35 × 3-4 mm. Labelle trilobé, de 14-30 × 8-13 mm.
