Description sommaire

Plante terrestre. Taille de 20 à 40 cm. Feuille unique, de 50-250 × 50-250 mm, pétiolées, rondes. Fleurs de 2 à 6, blanches, vertes. Sépale dorsal lancéolé, linéaire, de 18-35 × 2-3 mm. Sépales latéraux lancéolés, linéaires, de 18-35 × 2-3 mm. Pétales linéaires, de 16-35 × 2-3 mm. Labelle trilobé, de 17-25 × 4-8 mm.
