Description sommaire
Plante terrestre. Taille de 10 à 15 cm. 2 feuilles, de 20-23 × 12-20 mm, elliptiques, ovales. Sépale dorsal lancéolé, ovale, de 3-4 × 0-2 mm. Sépales latéraux lancéolés, de 4-5 × 0-2 mm. Pétales , de 3-4 × 0-1 mm.
