Plante terrestre. Taille de 20 à 30 cm. 2 feuilles, de 25-35 × 30-35 mm, cordées. Bractées lancéolées, ovales. Sépale dorsal elliptique, ovale. Sépales latéraux elliptiques, ovales. Pétales oblongs, ovales, de 2-3 × 0-1 mm.
