Description sommaire

Plante terrestre. Taille de 7 à 12 cm. Feuilles de 5 à 7, de 7-15 × 5-8 mm, ovales. Bractées lancéolées. Fleurs de 1 à 4, blanches. Sépale dorsal concave, ovale, de 5-6 × 2-3 mm. Sépales latéraux ovales, de 5-7 × 0-3 mm. Pétales oblongs, de 3-5 × 0-2 mm. Labelle en sabot, de 5-7 × 5-6 mm.
