Plante terrestre. Taille de 0 à 25 cm. Tige glabre. Feuille unique, cordées, ovales. Bractées triangulaires. Inflorescence en épi, en ombelle. Ovaire pédicellé. Fleurs de 0 à 50, vertes. Sépale dorsal ovale. Sépales latéraux ovales. Pétales filiformes. Labelle cordiforme, à apex acuminé.
