Plante terrestre. Taille de 0 à 25 cm. Tige glabre. Feuilles de 5 à 6, ovales. Ovaire pédicellé. Fleurs de 1 à 2, jaunes, vertes. Sépale dorsal linéaire, oblong. Sépales latéraux linéaires, oblongs. Pétales lancéolés, oblongs. Labelle trilobé, avec une crête basale.
