Description sommaire

Plante terrestre. Taille de 6 à 14 cm. 2 feuilles, de 15-30 × 17-30 mm, ovales. Bractées ovales, triangulaires. Fleurs de 4 à 12, blanches, violettes. Sépale dorsal ovale, de 2-3 × 0-1 mm. Sépales latéraux ovales.
