Description sommaire

Plante terrestre. Taille de 6 à 27 cm. 2 feuilles, de 0-30 × 0-40 mm, en rosette basale. Bractées lancéolées. Fleurs de 10 à 20, blanches. Eperon de 4 à 9 mm. Sépale dorsal lancéolé, ovale. Sépales latéraux lancéolés, ovales. Pétales oblongs, ovales. Labelle elliptique, trilobé, de 4-8 × 2-7 mm.
