Description sommaire

Plante terrestre. Taille de 25 à 45 cm. Feuilles de 5 à 6, de 75-120 × 40-50 mm, elliptiques, ovales. Bractées lancéolées. Sépale dorsal ovale, de 4-6 × 4-5 mm. Sépales latéraux ovales, de 4-6 × 3-4 mm. Pétales ovales, de 3-6 × 3-4 mm.
