Description sommaire
Plante terrestre. Taille de 15 à 20 cm. Feuilles de 4 à 5, de 50-120 × 20-45 mm, lancéolées, oblongues, pétiolées. Fleurs de 6 à 10. Sépale dorsal elliptique, à apex obtus. Sépales latéraux lancéolés, de 0-10 × 0-4 mm. Labelle trilobé.
