Description sommaire
Plante terrestre. Taille de 45 à 105 cm. Feuilles de 10 à 13, de 80-150 × 25-40 mm, lancéolées, membraneuses ou pellucides, oblongues. Fleurs de 15 à 20, vertes. Eperon de 14 à 16 mm, aussi long que l'ovaire, filiforme, vers le haut. Sépale dorsal lancéolé, ovale, de 5-9 × 2-5 mm. Sépales latéraux lancéolés, ovales, de 9-11 × 4-5 mm. Pétales lancéolés, linéaires. Labelle trilobé. Chromosomes : 2n=40,42.
