Description sommaire
Plante terrestre. Taille de 15 à 30 cm. Fleurs de 4 à 5, jaunes, vertes. Eperon de 25 à 30 mm, cylindrique. Sépale dorsal lancéolé, ovale. Labelle trilobé.
Commentaires
Dans l'herbe des prairies, et de même couleur, plante très discrète. Simplex : "simple" en latin.
