Description sommaire
Plante terrestre. Taille de 15 à 70 cm. Feuilles de 6 à 8, de 80-100 × 15-25 mm, lancéolées, linéaires, apex acuminé. Bractées lancéolées. Ovaire sessile. Fleurs de 6 à 13, blanches, vertes. Eperon de 20 à 25 mm. Sépale dorsal oblong, de 12-15 × 6-8 mm. Sépales latéraux lancéolés, oblongs. Pétales oblongs, de 14-16 × 4-5 mm. Labelle linéaire, trilobé. Chromosomes : 2n=42.
