Description sommaire

Plante terrestre. Taille de 15 à 60 cm. Feuilles de 0 à 2, de 40-60 × 30-47 mm. Bractées lancéolées, ovales. Inflorescence . Fleurs de 3 à 10, blanches, vertes. Eperon de 20 à 30 mm. Sépales latéraux ovales. Pétales bilobés. Labelle trilobé.
