Description sommaire

Plante terrestre. Taille de 30 à 60 cm. Feuilles de 3 à 6, de 60-150 × 15-50 mm, elliptiques. Bractées aussi longues que l'ovaire, lancéolées. Inflorescence cylindrique. Fleurs de 10 à 25, vertes. Eperon de 17 à 20 mm, cylindrique, plus long que l'ovaire. Sépale dorsal concave, oblong, ovale, de 5-6 × 2-3 mm. Sépales latéraux oblongs, de 5-6 × 1-2 mm. Pétales oblongs, à apex obtus, de 4-5 × 2-3 mm. Labelle trilobé, de 4-11 × 0-4 mm.
