Description sommaire

Plante terrestre. Taille de 30 à 70 cm. Feuilles de 5 à 6, de 50-180 × 20-50 mm, elliptiques, oblongues. Fleurs de 3 à 17. Eperon de 0 à 40 mm, cylindrique. Sépale dorsal concave, elliptique, ovale, de 9-10 × 8-9 mm. Sépales latéraux lancéolés, ovales, de 12-15 × 0-1 mm. Pétales lancéolés, linéaires, de 8-9 × 2-3 mm. Labelle trilobé, de 15-17 × 12-19 mm. Chromosomes : 2n=84.
